They say location is everything, And that i'd have to concur here. The place itself is in desperate need of the overhaul. Everything worked, it felt safe, as well as the location was awesome, however it's just to the ragged edge of falling apart, in general. I do not mean to complain far too much, but basically the windows ended up all really in need of replacement, as ended up the doorways, the trim, much on the home furniture, and so on.

We arrived as Claudette was leaving, so it rained most of the time we were being there. Port St. Joe doesn’t have lots to try and do inside the rain, so make a backup plan just in the event.

I loved that there have been 2 bedrooms with king size beds. That is SO perfect for Grownups who want to travel with each other. But unfortunately unless some improvements are made to this home, I would not rent it all over again or advocate it to a colleague.

four The owner replaced the fridge given that our last stay 2 years in the past, which was needed. I feel that the assets owner needs to address a few concerns. The main grievance that I have with the residence is the sliding glass doors. Most, Otherwise all, of these really need to be replaced. The door which is used the most (from the dwelling/kitchen area area into the rear deck) is extremely difficult to open.
